Complete Model T Long Block Rebuild Includes:
- Disassemble, de-grease and heat cleaning (thermal cleaning oven)
- Magnaflux crack testing of block, crankshaft and transmission drums
- Resurface top of block and cylinder head
- Regrind crankshaft
- Installation of unleaded valve seats and cast iron valve guides
- New alloy valves, springs, retainers and lifters
- Rebabbitted Main bearings and align boring with full laminated shim stack
- Rebabbitted connecting rods with oil dippers installed
- Rebored to next oversize on piston bores
- Rebuild your carburetor
- New alloy pistons and rings
- New crank gear and aluminum camshaft gear
- Regrind cam with new cam bearings, babbitting of new or your core
- Replacement of crank pulley
- New gaskets including a modern head gasket
- Installation of Kevlar band linings
- Straightening and/or repair of oil pan
- Rebuild magneto
- Re-bush transmission

Complete Model A Long Block Rebuild Includes:
- Disassemble, de-greasing, inspection and thermal oven cleaning of all parts including magnaflux crack testing of crankshaft and block
- Resurfacing the head
- Re-grind the crankshaft
- Installation of unleaded valve seats and new valve guides
- New alloy valves, springs, retainers and lifters
- rebabbitted main bearings and align boring with full laminated shim stack
- Rebabbitted connecting rods with re-bushed wrist pin
- Rebored to next oversize on piston bores
- New alloy pistons and rings
- New crank gear and aluminum timing gear
- Reground cam with adjustable lifters
- Resurface cylinder head
- Install Modern head gasket and heavy duty head studs
- Rebuild oil pump
- Rebuild distributor drive, assemble timing cover and oil tube
- Install flywheel housing
- Assemble and paint in correct colours
- Test run, re-torqued and adjustments made, ready for installation
